Orchestra Manager’s Program

Current Orchestra Managers:

LYO Orchestra Managers are parent volunteers that greatly contribute to the success of our program!  LYO Orchestra Manager responsibilities include the following:

  • Attend all rehearsals and concerts
  • Arrive to all rehearsals at 1pm
  • Assist with setting up and tearing down rehearsal rooms 
  • Prepare student snack table
  • Bring extra copies of music to rehearsals 
  • Keep record of student attendance at rehearsals
  • Communicate frequently with LYO Conductors and Education Director

 

LYO Orchestra Managers received a full tuition waiver for one student for their services. For more information, please email education@lubbocksymphony.org.
