LYO Orchestra Managers are parent volunteers that greatly contribute to the success of our program! LYO Orchestra Manager responsibilities include the following:
- Attend all rehearsals and concerts
- Arrive to all rehearsals at 1pm
- Assist with setting up and tearing down rehearsal rooms
- Prepare student snack table
- Bring extra copies of music to rehearsals
- Keep record of student attendance at rehearsals
- Communicate frequently with LYO Conductors and Education Director
